Many starships in Gene Roddenberry's universe are powerful, practical and even downright awesome. They ferry noble Starfleet professionals to faraway planets and explore the wondrous unknown of the cosmos. Of them, the many ships whose designation is Enterprise are some of the most famous and versatile. Captains Kirk and Picard commanded these legendary vessels.
Then there are the others....
Prometheus is an experimental design from Starfleet, but when
Star Trek: Voyager's Doc (Robert Picardo) is 'beamed' aboard and must work with that ship's less than friendly hologram, it rises to the mission challenge. Prometheus is a magnificent example of advanced technology and it's one sexy starfleet beast indeed.
