Is The Beard Evil or Sexy?

The Beard.  Riker did it.  Data tried to do it.  Geordi even tried the lusty lure of the beard.  Before all of them, there was that naughty Mister Spock from that alternate universe who did the facial hair thing in a most logical way.

Mirror, Mirror on the wall:  Is the beard sexy or evil?  Maybe both?
