Star Trek are the incredible hardware and vehicles of the future. On Deep Space Nine, a little ship called the USS Defiant was showcased as one of the most alluring of them all.
Co-designed by Benjamin Sisko and created to answer the dread Borg threat after the devastating encounter at Wolf 359 (
The Best of Both Worlds), this tough, little ship could kick a lot of Borg butt and then some. And the Defiant always looked good doing it. Instead of going against the Borg, it was utilized very effectively against the Jem H'adar in the fight against The Dominion.
